Inside the Design

Ornate, rustic wood beams were a defining feature of the original home. JFJ Homes carefully preserved and revitalized them, blending timeless craftsmanship with modern design. The result is a thoughtful balance—honoring the home’s original character while reimagining it for today’s lifestyle.

Reclaiming Spaces

The original wood cabinetry held too much character to replace—so we didn’t. Instead, we gave it new life with a modern, moody twist. This once-outdated kitchen is now a warm, inviting space made for gathering. Open shelving showcases everyday essentials and design details alike, creating a sense of openness that draws you in and invites connection around every meal.

The original red-toned brick gave this 25th Street home its charm—and we made sure it still does. Honoring its solid foundation, we reimagined the exterior for the modern coastal homeowner, blending timeless structure with elevated design. A newly designed circle driveway welcomes you in, while the repositioned front door offers a direct sightline to the true showstopper: the backyard.
