4 ROOMS • 3 BATHS
The JFJ Homes Design Team thoughtfully reimagined this 1970s-era condo, transforming it into a space that speaks to today’s modern lifestyle. Originally a 3-bedroom, 2-bath layout, the home has been expanded and optimized to meet the needs of the contemporary buyer. With intentional design touches like custom built-in cabinetry, flexible living areas, and smart storage solutions, every inch serves a purpose—from remote workdays to hosting the holidays. This refreshed layout offers a seamless blend of function and comfort, designed to support the rhythm of modern family life.

Inside the Design
A primary suite should offer more than just a place to sleep—it should feel like a quiet retreat from the rhythm of daily life.
For this home, we thoughtfully restructured the layout to better support both function and flow. The bathroom was expanded to include a soaking tub and walk-in shower, wrapped in limestone for a natural, understated elegance. We also introduced a hallway lined with double walk-in closets, framed by a soft arch that mirrors design elements carried throughout the rest of the home.
A sliding glass door opens onto a small private deck, giving the space a quiet, treehouse-like feel—elevated, tucked away, and surrounded by nature.
The result is a space that feels connected, intentional, and uniquely personal to the people who live here.

Reclaiming Spaces
The kitchen is the heartbeat of a home—a space where families gather, conversations unfold, and meaningful moments are made. From the moment we stepped into the original layout, we knew a reimagining was in order.
Reworking the floor plan to create a kitchen that felt both expansive and welcoming became a top priority in this condo renovation. We raised the ceilings, removed dividing walls, and added a generous island with a farmhouse sink and ample storage—built with both function and flow in mind.
Above the stovetop, we crafted a custom coved hood that echoes the soft arches featured throughout the home, creating a subtle thread of cohesion from room to room. The result is a space that blends modern design with everyday livability—ideal for everything from quiet mornings to lively entertaining.

Reimagining Home
When we opened up the sunroom floor, we discovered a major red flag: tile had been laid directly over an exterior wood deck. No slab, no structure—just a surface solution.
We knew this space deserved better. So we rebuilt the infrastructure, layering in sand and pouring a proper concrete slab to create a lasting foundation. What was once a quick fix is now a fully integrated, beautifully finished extension of the home.
What truly sets this sunroom apart? The windows. They wrap the space in light, blur the lines between inside and out, and create a daily invitation to pause—whether for quiet morning coffee or an evening spent with family, surrounded by nature.
